The lift is installed relatively close to the inner wall of the tower, taking up less space with relatively higher rising position, which makes it especially suitable for wind towers with limited diameter space at the top.
Ladder-Guided Service lift
The operation of Ladder-Guided Service lift is more stable, and the ladder can also be used as an auxiliary safety measure. In case of emergency, personnel can evacuate to the ladder from the standby door at the top or bottom of the lift.
Wind Power Tower Service Lift is equipped with an anti falling safety lock on the safety wire rope to prevent the elevator from sudden falls during operation. At the same time, the safety lock has the function of continuously monitoring the running speed of the elevator. If the downward running speed of the elevator exceeds the preset speed of the safety lock, the safety lock will lock automatically to prevent the elevator from falling.
If the Service Lift is overloaded by 25%, it can not run. At the same time, the buzzer would beep immediately, and the status display screen in lift shows the overload code. The lift would return to normal, when the load is reduced below the rated load.
The top sensing panel is located at the top of the lift. In contact with an obstacle, the panel would be compressed and a sensor would be triggered, which stops the lift from moving immediately. And an alarming code shows on the lift display screen.
The bottom sensing panel is located at the bottom of the lift. In contact with an obstacle, the panel would be compressed and a sensor would be triggered, which stops the lift from moving immediately. And an alarming code shows on the display screen in lift.
The sliding door and escape door of the tower elevator are equipped with safety threshold switches. When technician operates the lift, an alarm is triggered if the door is not closed. And an alarming code shows on the status display screen in lift. The lift can run normally after the elevator door is completely closed.
